Winter bookings in the ski season are subject to special booking conditions as given below.

Check in/out Times:

Check in time: 4.00 p.m.  Absolutely no check in before 4.00 p.m. Early arrivals can leave luggage in baggage store. Prior arrangements must be made for arrivals after 6.00 p.m.
Check out time: 9.30 a.m. Baggage store and change room facilities available to extend your skiing time on day of departure. 

Bookings:

 To secure a booking, 50% of total tariff is required as a deposit within 14 days, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking will be deemed to be cancelled.

Cancellations & Refunds:

 If cancellation of your booking occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund of your payment less an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment. If cancelled 60-45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total tariff per apartment will be refunded unless the apartment is re-let, in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment will be charged. No refund will be given if an apartment booking is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, unless the apartment is re-let, in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment will be charged.

Security Bond:

 A refundable bond of $1000 is charged
