Winter bookings in the ski season
are subject to special booking conditions as given below.
Bookings:

To secure a booking, 50% of total
tariff is required as a deposit within 14 days, with the balance due 6
weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date the
booking will be deemed to be cancelled. |
Cancellations
& Refunds:

All cancellations incur a
booking fee of $150 per apartment. If cancelled 60-45 days prior to
arrival, 50% of the total tariff will be refunded unless the apartment
is re-let, in which case a booking fee of $150.00 will be charged . If cancelled less than
45 days prior to arrival no refund is given unless the apartment is
re-let, in which case a booking fee of $150.00 will be charged |
