This modern, recently renovated fully furnished, self contained, 3 bedroom apartment.
situated at the top level of the Alpine View Apartments building in the
heart of Falls Creek Village, is available for holiday rental all
year round.
Privately owned but managed and serviced by resident managers, Unit 25B can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests over two levels, with panoramic views from a large private balcony off the main living area.
One bedroom with bunk beds is located on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs.
One of
the upstairs bedrooms is divided into two sections, each with its own
doorway, by means of a
high wardrobe unit with frosted glass panel at the top to allow light into the inner room, effectively providing four separate sleeping
areas in the complete apartment.
With two double beds in each of two bedrooms, and twin bunk beds in the other two bedrooms, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
A large open plan living and dining area adjoins the fully equipped, modern kitchen. Bathrooms with toilet and showers are situated on each of the two levels with laundry and drying facilities on the upper level.
A TV room with bean bag seating and 42" digital TV is located in the upper attic area.
Facilities
Offering all the normal comforts of home, the apartment is fully furnished complete with dishwasher, microwave, conventional cooktop and oven, gas BBQ, 3 x TVs, DVD, video, CD players, washing machine and drier. Towels, bedding, linen and all cookware and crockery are provided.
In winter the apartment is heated by sub floor heating for utmost comfort. Heated ski storage room, sauna, lockers, laundry and change room are provided in the communal areas on ground level.
